DST Notifies Participants of Arbitration Rights Related to Valeant Pharmaceuticals Investments.
Employees and former employees of DST Systems, Inc. (now merged into SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc.) received notice of their right to assert claims in arbitration against DST and others for the alleged imprudent management of the DST Profit Sharing Plan.
